OUR STORY

More than restaurants. A platform for dreams.

Built with heart, discipline, and the ambition to become one of the leading creative forces in Southwestern hospitality.

Born in Tucson. Inspired by our Communities.

RealGood Concepts is rooted in Tucson, Arizona and built on a love for authentic hospitality, bold flavors, and meaningful experiences. Inspired by Sonoran roots, local culture, and a deep respect for community, the company was created to bring fresh, creative, and memorable dining concepts to the local scene.

What began with The Neighborhood Bar in 2015 has grown into a family of distinct restaurant brands, including La Chingada Cocina, CRUDA Mariscos & Oyster Bar, RealGood Brunch Co., The Neighborhood DWTN and Antojitos.

Each project has its own personality, but every concept shares the same foundation: homemade flavors, genuine service, strong team culture, and a commitment to creating spaces where people feel connected.

Under the vision of Daniel and Jessica, RealGood Concepts continues to grow as a platform for growth, creativity, and opportunity — developing talent from within, building leaders, and creating a legacy for the families, teams, and communities it serves.

“We create authentic experiences that come from the heart: homemade flavors, genuine hospitality, and teams committed to our vision.”

THE OWNERS

OUR PROJECTS

EXCITING FUTURE PROJECTS

The next chapter is already rising.

RealGood Concepts continues to build with intention, creating future projects that strengthen our restaurants, honor our roots, and expand what Tucson hospitality can become.

REALGOOD BREAD

In addition to being the main distributor of baked goods within our concepts — from burger buns for The Neighborhood Bar to RealGood Brunch Co.’s classic sourdough bread, RealGood Bread will have it’s own brick and mortar open to the public.

Built around quality, consistency, and craft, this project strengthens the foundation behind better food across the RealGood family.

FRESH BREAD. STRONGER CONCEPTS.

Ay Maria! Sonora Kitchen Tucson

AY MARIA!

AY MARÍA! is an exciting and festive La Chingada spinoff. It’s name is a homage to the legacy of the most prominent Marías of Mexican culture, and above all, a tribute honoring Daniel Cordova’s very own mother.
The concept is rooted in memory, culture, and reverence, carrying La Chingada’s bold spirit into a new expression with heart, story, and identity.

A TRIBUTE WITH FLAVOR AND SOUL.

OUR MISSION
